The latest Clean 15 and Dirty Dozen Produce List from EWG

Spring has (almost) arrived! It's a great time to refresh your diet while your body goes through You're not really "eating clean" unless you're reducing pesticide exposure, right? The Environmental Working Group's annual Shopper's Guide to Pesticides in Produce™ is a handy companion in the grocery store. It's something I rely upon for more confidently choosing less-expensive and less-toxic options, like avocados, while only choosing organics for items like strawberries, spinach and apples.
